Responsibilities & Context:
Create plans to actively connect with both current and potential clients.
Manage client accounts effectively and use the right tools to minimize risks.
Keep client information and sales updates accurate and up to date in the company systems.
Develop strategies to anticipate customer needs and deliver excellent service.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bankers, to find new business leads.
Collect payments from customers according to company policies.
