• Strong architectural design and visualization skills

• Proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD

  • SketchUp

  • Rendering software (Lumion / Enscape / D5)

• Basic understanding of:

  • Working drawing

  • Construction detailing

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflow and productivity

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Passion for design, creativity and continuous learning

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution

• Collaborate with senior architects and design teams

• Develop design concepts and translate them into practical solutions

• Prepare:

  • Drawings

  • 3D visualizations

  • Presentations

• Support project coordination and documentation

• Maintain design quality and project timelines

• Continuously upgrade skills and stay updated with industry trends
