JOB: Executive / Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing (Medical Disposable Gloves & Medical

Consumables)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with proven experience in gloves, medical items, and medical disposal products sales. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medical distributors.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical disposable gloves and medical consumable products to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, dealers, and distributors.

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Regularly visit BMA Market, Mitford Market, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions to generate sales.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the commercial, warehouse, and accounts departments to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.

• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and new products, and provide market intelligence to management.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to healthcare professionals and purchasing departments.

• Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and CRM records.

• Follow up on overdue payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

• Participate in exhibitions, workshops, and promotional activities when required.

• Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Candidates with HSC and strong relevant experience in medical disposable products are also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience for HSC Passed.

• Experience in medical disposable gloves, surgical gloves, examination gloves, and other medical consumable products will be given preference.

• Candidates with an established customer network in BMA Market, Mitford Medical Market, hospitals, and healthcare institutions will receive special preference.

Required Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of hospital purchasing procedures and medical consumable products.

• Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure.

• Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits.
