• MBA/BBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related discipline·        

• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Commercial Management will be considered an advantage

• 4 to 6 years

Additional Preference·        

Preference will be given to candidates having      

• Existing supplier and manufacturer network in the gloves or healthcare industry·        

• Experience with OEM manufacturing and international procurement·

• Proven experience in managing large-scale supply chain operations

Techniplex Medical Services is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven professional to lead and manage the company’s end-to-end supply chain, procurement, sourcing, import operations, and commercial activities, particularly within the surgical and examination gloves industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, procurement, manufacturing coordination, import/export operations, vendor management, and commercial execution related to surgical gloves, examination gloves, medical consumables, or healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete supply chain operations including procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and commercial coordination

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for surgical gloves, examination gloves, and related medical consumables

• Coordinate with local and international manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners

• Handle supplier negotiations, pricing discussions, contracts, and commercial terms

• Manage import/export documentation, LC processes, customs coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules

• Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply of operational and production requirements

• Monitor inventory planning, stock forecasting, and replenishment activities

• Develop cost optimization strategies and improve operational efficiency

• Coordinate with production, operations, finance, and sales teams for smooth supply chain execution

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and regulatory authorities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality requirements, and company commercial policies

• Prepare procurement reports, vendor evaluations, commercial analyses, and operational MIS reports

• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies

Educational Requirements

• MBA/BBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related discipline

• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Commercial Management will be considered an advantage

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in:

• Surgical Gloves Industry

• Examination Gloves Industry

• Medical Consumables Supply Chain

• Procurement & Commercial Operations

• Import & Logistics Management

• Candidates having direct experience with glove manufacturers, distributors, OEM sourcing, or healthcare supply chains will be highly preferred

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of surgical and examination gloves supply chain and commercial operations

• Experience in international sourcing, import procedures, and LC management

• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills

• Sound knowledge of logistics, inventory planning, and procurement operations

• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination abilities

• Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems,Tally Prime, and supply chain reporting tools

• Ability to independently manage multiple operational priorities and deadlines

Additional Preference

• Preference will be given to candidates having:
