Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare accurate FOB costing, quotations, and cost analysis for footwear products.
Review customer inquiries, Tech Packs, BOMs, and product specifications.
Coordinate product development, sampling, and order execution from development to shipment.
Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with Sourcing, Production, Planning, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics teams.
Monitor material availability, production progress, and shipment schedules.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and approvals.
Ensure accurate documentation, ERP updates, and merchandising records.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous process improvement.
Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and delivery requirements.
