Experience:
BBA or an equivalent degree from any discipline.
We prioritize skills and practical abilities over formal academic qualifications, though relevant experience in retail sales is highly valued. Candidates with at least 6 to 7 years of experience in retail sales within FMCG, Food & Beverage, and 1 to 2 years in an ASM/RSM role are pre-ferred. Experience in managing B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (Business-to-consumer) sales is essential. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies, managing regional sales operations, and achieving targets. Proficiency in sales management, Microsoft Office applications, and a strong understanding of the FMCG sector will be key assets.

Job Overview: We are looking for smart, enthusiastic professionals with vast experience in consumer division Sales (FMCG) with sound and In-depth knowledge in planning and strategies and also being a team leader in training subordinates to contribute to accomplishing overall company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to make sales & achieve the sales target.
Set up guidelines for the sales & marketing team to develop an effective sales & marketing strategy.
Initiate an action plan to identify potential markets along with new sales opportunities.
Portray effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring teamwork.
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for new and existing products& customers.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information.
Generate and monitor sales reports and suggest improvements to enhance revenue.
Collaborate with the sales function.
Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
