  • We value skills and practical abilities over formal academic qualifications, though relevant experience in retail sales is highly appreciated. Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in retail sales within FMCG, Food & Beverage are preferred. Experience in managing B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sales is essential. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of executing sales strategies, driving sales performance, and meeting targets. Proficiency in sales operations, Microsoft Office applications, and a strong understanding of the FMCG sector will be significant advantages.

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Minimum 03 years of work experience in the following area.

  • Corporate marketing, retail sales, trading/ wholesale/ indenting.

Presently, our company is seeking to hire a candidate responsible for supervising and organizing our sales & marketing team as a sales & marketing leader in a territory.
Job Overview: We are looking for smart, enthusiastic professionals with experience in FMCG sales, possessing sound knowledge in planning and implementing strategies. The ideal candidate should excel in driving sales targets, fostering teamwork, and contributing to the company's overall goals as a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) / Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a sizeable team of field officers, dealers, and distributors to achieve the sales target of the assigned territory,

  • Planning sales targets for individual field officers, dealers, and distributors on your team.

  • Maintaining and increasing the sales volume of the company's different brand products.

  • Provides target vs. sales results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.

  • Provide timely & structured feedback from trade, customers & competitors.

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of Business Activity.

  • Gather and update Market Information to the Line Manager.

  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
