The selected candidate will work closely with senior brand managers and cross-functional teams to learn, contribute, and grow into a future leader in the marketing function.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the formulation and implementation of ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and TTL (Through-the-Line) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, strengthen market presence, and improve consumer engagement.

  • Contribute to the planning, development, and execution of integrated brand campaigns aligned with organizational objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.

  • Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective, and high-quality execution of brand initiatives.

  • Conduct deep-dive research to track industry trends, analyze consumer behavior, and benchmark competitors, providing insights that guide strategic decision-making.

  • Deliver actionable insights to support product positioning, promotional planning, and market entry strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting brand performance metrics, preparing regular dashboards and reports for senior management.

  • Contribute to developing and executing brand differentiation strategies to build and sustain strong brand equity.

  • Assist in product innovation activities, including packaging development, pricing strategies, and promotional planning to maintain market competitiveness.
