Responsibilities & Context:

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Client Acquisition: Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, government/private medical colleges, and diagnostic centers both inside and outside Dhaka to acquire new customers.

  • Product Pitching: Professionally present the unique features and functionalities of our OT lights, tables, anesthesia machines, diathermy units, and lab analyzers to customers (especially doctors and hospital management).

  • Target Achievement: Play an active role in fulfilling the company's monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Tender & Quotation: Participate in government or private hospital tender processes, and prepare and submit flawless price quotations based on customer requirements.

2. Technical Service & Support

  • Installation & Testing: Properly install imported new medical devices and equipment at hospitals, and test them to ensure they are functioning flawlessly.

  • User Training: Provide basic hands-on demonstrations or user training to hospital nurses, technicians, or doctors on how to operate the equipment.

  • Troubleshooting: Promptly resolve any complaints or technical issues received from customers, and report major issues to senior engineers or management if necessary.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Ensure regular routine checkups (preventive maintenance) of the delivered devices to maintain long-term relationships with customers.

3. Market Research & Relationship Management

  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on the product pricing and strategies of other medical importer competitor companies in the market.

  • Customer Relationship: Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients so that they choose Healing Technology for any future equipment needs.
