Only candidates who log in to the platform (https://panoramablock.com) and complete the screening questions will be considered.
Panorama Block is looking for curious, detail-oriented people with a critical eye to help test and improve our Web3 platform. We are an on-chain intelligence platform focused on DeFi automation through personalized AI agents that are interoperable across blockchains. Our goal is to make Web3 data more accessible, useful, and secure for users looking to explore DeFi opportunities.
About the role
You will test the platform, interact with the ZICO Agent, and report bugs, inconsistencies, unexpected behaviors, or areas for improvement in the user experience. This is not an offensive security, system hacking, or smart contract audit role. The focus is on manual testing, product thinking, and clear communication of the issues found.
What you'll do
Test platform features through manual and exploratory testing
Interact with the ZICO Agent and evaluate the clarity and consistency of its responses
Identify functional bugs, interface issues, and UX friction points
Document issues clearly, including what happened, how to reproduce it, and the potential impact on the user
Suggest simple product improvements based on your hands-on experience using the platform
Collaborate with the product and technology team to validate fixes and improvements
What we're looking for
Curiosity to explore digital products
Attention to detail
Strong written communication
Ability to describe problems clearly and objectively
Interest in Web3, crypto, DeFi, fintech, or technology
Access to a computer and an up-to-date browser
Availability to work remotely for 20 hours per week
Availability to work in time zones compatible with GMT-3 / GMT+5:30/ EST / CET
Nice to have
Experience with manual QA, product testing, or bug reporting
Familiarity with wallets, dApps, DeFi platforms, or blockchain explorers
Experience documenting bugs with screenshots, screen recordings, or reproduction steps
Basic knowledge of DevTools, HTML, or JavaScript
Participation in beta testing, bug bounty programs, or Web3 communities
Why this opportunity might interest you
Fully remote, part-time work, open to candidates from India, LATAM, Europe, and the US.
Hands-on experience in manual QA and exploratory testing on a real Web3 product
Exposure to DeFi, on-chain data, and AI agents
Close collaboration with product and technology
Growth potential into QA, product, or research roles
Competitive compensation, aligned with the part-time model and experience level
Selection Process
Since this is a hands-on position, we ask for a simple mini-test as part of the initial screening. The goal is to understand how you explore a product, notice details, and communicate potential bugs, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities.
