• Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Technology

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / B.Sc. in Architecture from a recognized institution

• Age At least 20 years

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Enscape, D5 Render, V-Ray, or Twinmotion will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed drawings.

• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, material estimation, and project costing.

• Basic understanding of BNBC, construction methods, and building materials.

• Strong knowledge of space planning and architectural detailing.

• Good 3D visualization and presentation skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new software and construction techniques.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Shopnil Interior is looking for a passionate, creative, and self-motivated Junior Architect / Architectural Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills and be capable of handling residential, commercial, and interior design projects. Fresh graduates with good software knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.

• Develop concept designs, layout plans, and presentation drawings.

• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings.

• Prepare design development and construction documentation.

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and material estimations.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams.

• Attend client meetings, consultant meetings, and site meetings.

• Conduct site visits and supervise work progress to ensure design quality.

• Ensure drawings comply with BNBC and project requirements.

• Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Assist senior architects and project managers in project execution.
