  • Experience: 8 to 10 Years of Interior work (Residence & Office/ Bank project)

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Excel, Word etc

  • Strong understanding of interion drawig design & specification.

  • Effective leadership, problem solving and team work skill.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate for projects activities of Architectural & Interior drawing & design, Facilitate continuous improvement of QA/QC processes as per standard.

  • Provide safety guidelines to all the workers, and contractors; supervise staff of the projects and take proper measures to ensure safety

  • Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently.

  • Coordinating & implementing for proper progress of the projects, monitoring the project progresses, and taking action plans depending upon the needs.

  • Monitor the specification of project materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.

  • Maintain inter-departmental coordination with other departments and lead the all works smoothly and timely.

  • Maintain and comply with standard operating procedures at all phases of construction works up to the handover of projects, successfully and efficiently.

  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

  • Conference with project staff to outline work plan and to assign tasks, duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

  • Certify & assist in running project and final bills of contractors bills.

  • Prepare project reports for Higher Authority & Head of Department (HoD).

  • Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

  • Handling customers` questions, inquiries, and complaints.
