• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of Interior & Exterior Design.

• Able to prepare BOQ, Material Specifications & Cost Estimation.

• Excellent client handling and presentation skills.

• Experience in site supervision and project execution.

• Capable of managing a complete project independently from concept to handover.

• Strong design sense and creativity.

• Excellent skills in realistic 3D visualization.

• Good understanding of space planning, color, lighting, and materials.

• Proficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

• Ability to produce high-quality presentation renders within deadlines.

• Able to handle complete interior design projects independently.

• Experience preparing BOQ, Working Drawings, and Material Selection.

• Strong coordination with clients and site teams.

• Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain professional quality.

• 2–5 years of professional experience.
