Responsibilities & Context:
- To supervise and execute of residential & commercial project including civil works, interior works, plumbing works, electrical works, Installation of AC, kitchen and Toilet fixture and furniture etc.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Prepare Materials requisition for ongoing projects accordingly.
- Quality controlling & monitoring the project progress.
- Consulting/Communicating & other professionals (when required).
