Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in operating tissue paper machines.

  • Experience in Tissue Machine, Rewinder, Slitter Rewinder, Log Saw, Embossing, Folding, or Packaging Machines will be an advantage.

  • Age 25–40 years (flexible for experienced candidates).

  • Good knowledge of tissue paper manufacturing processes.

  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.

  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.



Responsibilities & Context:

A leading tissue paper manufacturing company is looking for experienced, hardworking, and self-motivated candidates for the position of Machine Operator – Tissue Paper Machine. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating tissue paper production machines, maintaining production quality, and ensuring safe and efficient machine performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the tissue paper machine to ensure smooth production.

  • Set up machines and adjust operating parameters according to production requirements.

  • Monitor GSM, moisture, reel quality, speed, and production efficiency.

  • Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting.

  • Minimize machine downtime and reduce production waste.

  • Maintain daily production reports and machine logbooks.

  • Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality Control, and Production departments.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and company operating procedures.

  • Assist in preventive maintenance activities and machine cleaning.

  • Train helpers and junior operators when required.
