• The applicants should have experience in construction budgeting and cost estimation in the Real Estate.

Job Context

We are hiring Estimation Engineer for Building Construction.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and Cost Finalization both manual & ERP software.
• All types of rate analysis.
• Prepare project cost estimate (Structure, Architecture, Electrical & Plumbing).
• Making revisions to estimate as needed.
• Strong understanding of construction methods & materials.
• Ability to read all type of drawings.
• Project visit for budget analysis according to work progress.
• Market survey for materials rate collection.
• Material Purchase Requisition of all projects checked & forwarded as per BOQ.
• Project cost control as per BOQ.
• Maintain proper correspondence with other departments.
• Workshop visit for metal work fabrication.
• Various report preparation as per management requirements.
• Performing any tasks as directed by senior authorities from time to time.
