A leading Japanese motorcycle and mobility brand operating in Bangladesh is looking for a Service Engineer to strengthen its Motorcycle portfolio.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading field-level after-sales service operations within the assigned territory, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining standardized service excellence across dealer networks, and driving sustainable growth of the spare parts business.
The role requires close coordination with dealers, service technicians, and customers to deliver high-quality technical support while enhancing operational efficiency and service performance.
Major Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to dealer workshops, authorized service centers, and retail service points within the assigned territory to ensure standard service operations.
Monitor dealer service performance through audits, KPI reviews, and corrective action plans to maintain service standards.
Manage customer complaints and critical service cases, ensuring timely resolution and improved customer satisfaction.
Provide on-site technical guidance, coaching, and training support to technicians and service personnel.
Ensure spare parts availability across dealers and support achievement of territory-wise spare parts sales targets.
Plan and execute service campaigns, customer engagement programs, and customer retention initiatives.
Analyze territory service and spare parts performance data and prepare reports for Head Office.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Technical Service, Spare Parts, Supply Chain, Finance, and Dealer Development for smooth operations.
