Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry

• Strong understanding of:

  • IP Networking (routing, switching, protocols)

  • Network Security (firewalls, VPNs, access control)

• Experience with deployment or integration of:

  • Firewall solutions

  • Load balancers

• Virtualized network elements (NFV/VM-based solutions)

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as:

  • Network security certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.)

  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent

• Prior experience working with telecom operators or large-scale network environments

• Exposure to OEM/vendor coordination and enterprise solution delivery

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and proactive Presales Senior Executive with a strong engineering background and telecom domain experience. This role bridges technical solutioning, customer engagement, and project coordination across telecom clients.

• The ideal candidate will bring hands-on knowledge of IP networking and network security, along with the ability to coordinate deployments, engage with OEMs, and support customers throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support presales activities including solution design, technical discussions, and proposal preparation

• Coordinate and oversee deployment of firewalls, load balancers, and virtual network elements in telecom environments

• Act as the technical liaison between customer (telecom operators), OEM partners, and internal teams

• Supervise external engineering/implementation teams to ensure smooth and compliant deployment

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and architecture

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, documentation, and reports

• Maintain customer inventory records, including deployed solutions, licenses, and configurations

• Prepare BoQ (Bill of Quantity), technical proposals, and solution documentation

• Support post-sales activities, including invoicing coordination and documentation

• Track project updates, maintain records, and generate periodic status and performance reports

• Ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality expectations

• Provide post-deployment technical support and troubleshooting coordination when required

• Stay updated on emerging trends in network security and telecom infrastructure
