Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Computer science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ NMS Server Hardware and Software installation and dimensioning for remote access to the network elements. Designing IP network with a designing tool and defining its route for NMS traffic.
∎ Analysis of event log and alarm monitoring data to check Link performance management and recommending proper measures to mitigate faults.
∎ Planning and Designing IP Transport network and troubleshooting IP Transport Networks.
∎ Ethernet Traffic configuration, VLAN management, QoS planning and configuration, Bandwidth Management for 2G/3G/LTE Transmission Networks.
∎ Supervise that ASP's Installation and Engineering staff works is in accordance with NEC procedures and methods.
∎ Supervise & co-ordinate with our subcontractors for project management work.
∎ Coordinating with customers and other vendors for different issues.
∎ Supervise Installation, Commissioning, Testing, and Operation of IP Transport System for 2G/3G/LTE Networks.
∎ Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports and presentation to management, preparation of technical documents, attending meetings internally and with customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ One or two-years' experience on information technology/telecom industry is preferable.
∎ CCNA/LINUX/Microsoft windows server or any IT certification is preferable.
∎ Knowledge on OSS, network management protocols, Java, .NET, SQL, Scripting (Python/Linux Shell/PowerShell) is preferable.
∎ Experience on multi-vendor Microwave Equipment's (NEC, HUAWEI, ZTE & ERICSSON).
∎ Good knowledge in computer-based applications including Microsoft Office package.
∎ Good planning and organization skills and have capability to work both independent and in team.
∎ Ability to work with customer interface and open, service minded personality
∎ Self-motivated and customer oriented.
∎ Used to work in a multicultural organization and readiness for long and often travels over Bangladesh
