Responsibilities & Context:
The Project Head – Suncity will lead the planning, development, execution, and strategic growth of the project. The role encompasses regulatory approvals, project execution, government liaison, investor engagement, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder management to ensure the successful realization of the project visions.
Strategic Leadership & Project Development
Lead the overall planning, development, and execution of the Suncity project.
Develop project strategies, implementation plans, and timelines.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely execution.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
Regulatory Approvals & Government Liaison
Obtain all necessary approvals, permits, and regulatory clearances.
Liaise with RAJUK, utility providers, local administration, and relevant government agencies.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and development regulations.
Resolve project-related regulatory and administrative issues.
Strategic Partnerships & Investor Relations
Identify and cultivate relationships with local and international investors.
Develop strategic partnerships and joint venture opportunities.
Prepare investment presentations and business proposals.
Support fundraising and financing initiatives.
Build relationships with banks, development partners, and institutional investors.
Project Execution & Site Management
Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Oversee land development and infrastructure works.
Monitor quality, budget, timelines, and project milestones.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth project execution.
Commercial & Financial Management
Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor expenditures and maintain cost discipline.
Review contracts, BOQs, and project-related financial documents.
Support feasibility studies and investment decisions.
Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with:
Government agencies and regulatory authorities
Investors and financial institutions

Risk Management
Identify operational, legal, financial, and project risks.
