Responsibilities & Context:

The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys (CS / Land Record Survey and Digital Survey), measuring land boundaries, preparing survey reports, and supporting land development and construction activities within the Savar area.

1. Conduct land, topographic, and site surveys in Savar and surrounding areas.

2. Measure and verify land boundaries, dimensions, elevations, and other site features accurately for land acquisition, development, and construction purposes.

3. Prepare survey sketches, maps, layouts, digital drawings, and field reports.

4. Operate and maintain digital survey equipment, process survey data, and prepare computerized survey reports.

5. Assist in land demarcation, mutation, land verification, and identification of ownership-related issues.

6. Coordinate with local land offices, Sub-Registry Office, AC Land Office, and Survey Offices when required.

7. Maintain survey records, measurement books, maps, and related documentation properly.

8. Visit project sites regularly for field verification, monitoring, and boundary protection.

9. Report any land disputes, encroachments, or irregularities to management immediately.

10. Assist engineering and construction teams during project implementation and site development activities.

11. Liaise with landowners, local representatives, contractors, and government officials regarding survey and land-related matters.

12. Support management in land acquisition and other project-related field activities.

13. Submit regular survey updates and progress reports to the department head.
