Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily site activities related to RCC and structural steel works.
Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concreting, steel fabrication, and erection works.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members for smooth execution.
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Verify material quantities and monitor material usage to minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Assist in planning work schedules and achieving project milestones.
Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and method statements.
Conduct site measurements and verify layouts, levels, and dimensions.
Resolve technical issues at the construction site in coordination with the Project Manager and design team.
Maintain proper documentation, including inspection reports, work records, and site diaries.
Monitor labor productivity and equipment utilization.
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to project execution.
