Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement the overall service strategy to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.

  • Lead and manage all nationwide after-sales service operations, including installation, repair, maintenance, warranty service, spare parts, and service center activities.

  • Establish and ensure compliance with service policies, SOPs, service standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Monitor and improve key service performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, first-time fix rate, turnaround time, repeat repairs, and technician productivity.

  • Drive digital transformation by introducing automation and technology to improve service operations, reporting, and overall efficiency.

  • Lead, develop, and motivate service teams by providing direction, training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Prepare and manage the service department budget, control operational costs, and identify opportunities to increase service revenue.

  • Work closely with other departments to resolve service-related issues, improve product quality, and ensure smooth business operations.

  • Ensure high standards of quality, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all service operations.

  • Review service performance reports, analyze customer feedback, and implement improvement plans to enhance service quality and achieve organizational goals
