Develop and implement the overall service strategy to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Lead and manage all nationwide after-sales service operations, including installation, repair, maintenance, warranty service, spare parts, and service center activities.
Establish and ensure compliance with service policies, SOPs, service standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and improve key service performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, first-time fix rate, turnaround time, repeat repairs, and technician productivity.
Drive digital transformation by introducing automation and technology to improve service operations, reporting, and overall efficiency.
Lead, develop, and motivate service teams by providing direction, training, coaching, and performance management.
Prepare and manage the service department budget, control operational costs, and identify opportunities to increase service revenue.
Work closely with other departments to resolve service-related issues, improve product quality, and ensure smooth business operations.
Ensure high standards of quality, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all service operations.
Review service performance reports, analyze customer feedback, and implement improvement plans to enhance service quality and achieve organizational goals
