• Age 28 to 40 years

Applicants should have 4 years working experience in manufacturing of RMG.

Technical knowledge on garments and washing machinery, Firefighting equipment, ETP, LEED & BMS.

Sound knowledge in Building/ Electrical & Fire Safety to support compliance issues.

Should have computer literacy and good command in Bangla & English.

Candidate should have knowledge & skill in CAD and Visio software.

Should have skill in vendor management, high degree of negotiation skill.

Candidate will get preference in operating Lean Management.

Should be willing to Move different units Frequently

The Assistant Manager – Engineering & Services  is responsible for supporting the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical systems, utilities, and engineering services across corporate and factory operations. The role ensures equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, cost-effective maintenance, and timely execution of engineering projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Brief JD:

Preparing & Reviewing the Boiler Steam distribution Line, Thermo Oil heater distribution line, Compressor Air distribution line, HVAC System, Ventilation System, Ducting System, cooling system, AC Drawing (Proposed & As-Built).

Supervising and monitoring the project development, Audit & operational related works of the Boiler, Boiler Steam distribution Line, Thermo Oil heater, Washing machine, dryer, conveyer, Compressor Air distribution line, HVAC System, Ventilation System, Ducting System, cooling system, AC including the work shop.

Preparation of BOQ / Technical CS for the Boiler, Boiler Steam distribution Line, Thermo Oil heater, Thermo Oil heater distribution line, Compressor Air distribution line, HVAC System, Ventilation System, Ducting System, cooling system, AC, generator, pumps, washing machine, blower, ETP and etc.

Functionally Testing & Commissioning as per manufacture guideline and including the all required standards/rules.

Evaluate and remediate possible findings on the Boiler Safety as per Standard according to the inspection authority like RSC, BD Boiler Inspection Authority and etc.

Face Boiler Safety Inspection by the RSC or any equivalent according to terms BNBC, RSC standard, NFPA and etc.

Doing maintenance & trouble shooting and record keeping properly.

Coordinate with selecting vendors for completion until the assign jobs over provided work order.

Taking hand over from the assigned vendors as per provided work order.

Proving all required trainings to the all-factory utility concerns (especially, they are working) with Boiler, Boiler Steam distribution Line, Thermo Oil heater, Thermo Oil heater distribution line, Compressor Air distribution line, HVAC System, Ventilation System, Ducting System, cooling system, AC, generator, pumps, washing machine, blower, ETP and etc.
