• Conduct chemical, physical, and instrumental analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Perform routine laboratory tests according to established procedures and standards.

• Analyze test results and prepare accurate reports.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain quality documentation and laboratory records.

• Assist in product formulation, development, and improvement projects.

• Conduct experiments and evaluate new materials or processes.

• Support scale-up and validation activities.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and samples.

• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.

• Maintain laboratory notebooks, test records, and analytical reports.

• Prepare certificates of analysis (COA) and technical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and company standards as applicable.

• Follow laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Participate in safety inspections and audits.
