Experience:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

• MBA/PGD in Textile, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CPB Woven Dyeing Manager Position.

• Strong knowledge of Cold Pad Batch (CPB) Dyeing, Finishing, and Quality Management.

• Sound understanding of dyes, chemicals, process optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “ Manager – Dyeing (Cold Pad Batch )”.

• Lead and manage overall CPB Dyeing operations to ensure production targets are achieved.

• Monitor dyeing quality, shade consistency, and Right First Time (RFT) performance.

• Optimize process parameters, chemical consumption, and machine efficiency.

• Analyze dyeing defects and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with Lab, Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and international quality standards.

• Control production costs through effective utilization of dyes, chemicals, water, and utilities.

• Prepare production, quality, and efficiency reports for management review.

• Lead and develop production teams through coaching and performance management.

• Ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and implementation of 5S practices.
