6–8 years of experience in Thermosol Woven Dyeing operations
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise Thermosol Dyeing production and ensure smooth operation.
Monitor machine efficiency, productivity, and process control.
Ensure color consistency and quality standards are maintained.
Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues.
Coordinate with Laboratory, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance departments.
Monitor chemical and energy consumption to minimize wastage.
Ensure timely production completion as per plan.
Prepare shift-wise and daily production reports.
Maintain safety standards and housekeeping practices.
Train operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
