Responsibilities & Context:

Key Deliverables

1.    Ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations in line with production and repackaging plans.

2.    Maintain product quality standards through adherence to SOPs and quality control requirements.

3.    Ensure safe handling, storage, and processing of pesticides and agrochemicals.

4.    Support timely completion of production, packaging, and dispatch schedules.

5.    Maintain accurate operational records, inventory data, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

1.       Assist in the daily operation of the pesticide processing and repackaging facility.

2.       Monitor production and packaging activities to ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.

3.       Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of pesticides, chemicals, and packaging materials.

4.       Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for factory operations.

5.       Coordinate with Quality Control personnel to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.

6.       Conduct routine checks on machinery, equipment, and utilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

7.       Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods and report replenishment requirements.

8.       Maintain operational records, production logs, inventory reports, and compliance documentation.

9.       Ensure packaging quality, labeling accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines.

10.   Support implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies within the factory.

11.   Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pesticide handling and factory operations.

12.   Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth material flow and product dispatch.

13.   Assist in identifying operational improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.

14.   Supervise factory workers and contract labor to ensure discipline, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.

15.   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for the Factory Head.
