Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional to join our team as Manager / Assistant Manager. The candidate should have extensive experience at least 8 years in Printing & Packaging industry, particularly in quotation preparation such as Inner carton, label leaflet, showcard, literature etc., costing, procurement activities, client communication, and office administration.

  • Prepare and submit quotations for printing and packaging products accurately and efficiently.

  • Utilize strong knowledge of printing materials, production processes, and costing to prepare accurate quotations and commercial proposals.

  • Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, specifications, artwork requirements, and order confirmations.

  • Source materials and communicate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely procurement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.

  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

  • Maintain office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

  • Prepare reports, quotations, correspondence, and business documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication tools.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
