Education:

• B.Sc. / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical

Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in medical equipment sales and servicing will be considered an advantage.

• Age At least 22 years

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of medical equipment operation and troubleshooting.

• Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and field service.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Promote and sell medical equipment, diagnostic machines, reagents, rapid test kits, and surgical items.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and healthcare

professionals.

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot medical equipment.

• Provide after-sales service, maintenance, and technical support.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and technical issues.

• Prepare sales and service reports as required by management.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical

Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
