Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).

  • Proven experience in Spare Parts Procurement within a large-scale industrial or textile environment.

  • Strong knowledge of both local sourcing and international (Foreign) procurement processes.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational matters.

  • Strong negotiation skills and cost-control mindset.

  • High level of accountability, transparency, and faster decision-making capability.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Manager to lead, coordinate, and monitor all foreign and local spare parts procurement activities for our Textile Zone.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single responsible authority for all spare parts purchases (Foreign & Local) for the Mawna Zone.

  • Coordinate daily with Unit Heads and User Heads to review requirements, set priorities, and resolve pending issues to ensure zero downtime.

  • Conduct weekly coordination meetings and visits with the Head of Supply Chain.

  • Prepare and submit a weekly purchase status summary report to the CEO for monitoring and review.

  • Liaise with Commercial and Finance Departments to ensure prompt LC processing and payments following necessary approvals.

  • Strictly maintain proper compliance procedures, comparative cost analysis, and documentation protocols at all stages of procurement.

  • Obtain necessary approvals from the Director/Managing Director for all major procurement matters.
