Skills Required:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a reputed university.

  • Additional certifications in power systems or industrial electrical maintenance will be an advantage.

  • 10–15 years of experience in electrical maintenance within Textile / RMG / Industrial manufacturing.

  • Experience in large-scale power distribution systems and industrial utilities will be highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, generators, substations, and power management.

  • Leadership capability to manage large technical teams.

  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Electrical to lead electrical maintenance and power management for the textile operations. The role requires strong technical expertise in industrial electrical systems, energy efficiency, and uninterrupted power distribution to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise all electrical maintenance activities for textile manufacturing facilities.

  2. Ensure uninterrupted power supply, distribution, and load management across production units.

  3. Oversee operation and maintenance of generators, transformers, substations, HT/LT panels, and electrical control systems.

  4. Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical equipment.

  5. Monitor energy consumption and drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

  6. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance audits.

  7. Coordinate with production, mechanical, and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

  8. Manage electrical team performance, manpower planning, and technical skill development.

  9. Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and electrical system improvement plans.
