Responsibilities & Context:
Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, factory consumables, and spare parts.
Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and issue purchase orders (PO).
Negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery terms.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid any production disruption.
Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and explore new vendors.
Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth purchase planning.
