Experience:

• 5 to 8 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma Engineering in Mechanical, or related field.

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

Additional Requirements:

• Good computer skills (MS Excel / inventory software)

• Knowledge of inventory control and store & supply chain management

• Strong analytical, technical and leadership skills for managing large inventories & reporting skill.

Experience Requirements:

• 05 - 08 years of experience in store or warehouse management

• Applicants must have experience in the following business areas: Heavy construction equipment, spare parts, or construction materials, preferred.

• Regularly update all stock information in the computerized inventory management system.

• Ensure that all stock transactions (receiving, issuing, and balance) are properly entered in the ERP system so that management can monitor inventory online at any time.

• Issue materials to engineers or authorized personnel based on approved requisitions.

• Maintain proper documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and stock registers etc.

• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile with computerized records.

• Assist management during internal or external audits of store inventory.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports of heavy construction equipment spare parts, tools, and consumables materials.

• Provide updated stock reports to management whenever required.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.

• Maintain compliance, cleanliness, safety and proper organization of the store area.
