• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm

• Age 45 to 50 years

• At Least 20-25 year(s) experience in Construction Industries.

• Applicants should have extensive experience in constructing high-rise buildings and have completed at least one project (minimum 20-story buildings with 4 basements each).

• Candidate should have experience in Construction Project Management

• Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• In-depth knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control.

• Proficiency in construction management software and AutoCAD.

• Deep understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.

• Strong financial understanding and experience in project budgeting and cost control.
