• Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

• In-depth knowledge of finishing work, modern construction techniques, interior design detailing, and the ability to read complex architectural and MEP drawings.

• Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills tailored for managing complex finishing operations.

Experience Requirements:

• 15 to 20 years of experience in construction.

• Candidates with 07 to 10 years of specialized experience in finishing work for multi-story buildings will be given preference.

Department: Construction

• Manage all finishing-stage activities for multi-story buildings, including drywalls, flooring, tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, facades, and MEP fixture installations.

• Coordinate with the MEP team to ensure precise alignment and installation of final fixtures—such as light fixtures, switches, HVAC grilles, sprinkler heads, plumbing fixtures, and smoke detectors—relative to the finished ceiling and walls.

• Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all finishes comply with architectural specifications, engineering drawings, and industry codes.

• Coordinating, supervising, and managing the activities of site-based personnel; ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to the project schedule; and preparing and overseeing the schedule for detailed finishing or final-stage works.

• Ensure strict compliance with fire safety regulations, obtain necessary approvals from authorities, and facilitate a seamless handover.

• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Swiftly address and resolve technical site challenges, architectural discrepancies, or material delivery delays without compromising project timelines.
