M. Pharm/B. Pharm/ BBA/ MBA in SCM/ Accounting from any reputed university.

Work Station: Corporate Headquarters, 48, Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka

Major Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyze demand according to the requirements and do procurement planning

  • Issue purchase orders and carry out pre and post purchase processes i.e. block list, LC/CAD, payment etc.

  • Develop alternative sources of RMs & PMs

  • Expedite the L/C is received by the beneficiary and accepted by the supplier for shipment

  • Prepare the request for quotation (RFQ) as per the requisition

  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and establish delivery schedules

  • Communicate with user and stockholding departments to monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing inventory as needed to avoid excess/shortage

  • Coordinate with C&F agents in air, sea and land port to ensure smooth and timely clearing of consignment

  • Mitigate ASYCUDA related problem

  • Identify new suppliers, assess market trends, and ensure competitive pricing

  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant compliance regulations

  • Resolve issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, or payment discrepancies

  • Develop and recommend strategies to optimize supply chain processes i.e. procurement and logistics

  • Analyze costs across the supply chain to identify savings opportunities and improve overall efficiency

  • Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions

  • Work with teams across procurement, operations, and logistics to align supply chain activities with business goals
