• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Food (Packaged)

• 3–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations (electronics industry preferred)

• Strong understanding of inventory management and transportation processes

• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems

• Knowledge of domestic and/or international shipping regulations

Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Logistics will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of electronic goods, inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The role requires strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage fast-moving supply chains typical of the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics for electronic products

• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and third-party logistics providers

• Monitor inventory levels, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of sensitive electronic items

• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies

• Prepare logistics reports, MIS, and performance metrics

• Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations

• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams for smooth operations
