Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the store and delivery team to provide timely production support and ensure accurate, on-time product delivery to customers.
Ensure raw materials, spare parts, finished products, and other stock items are adequately supplied and readily accessible.
Oversee inventory transactions, ensuring accurate processing of material issues and receipts.
Maintain accurate records and place stock orders at appropriate times, forecasting future requirements based on orders, seasonal demand, and production schedules.
Ensure inventory is preserved in proper storage conditions, considering environmental requirements and safe material handling practices.
Maintain consistency between SAP records and actual physical stock.
Ensure inventory levels remain within defined safety, reorder, and maximum stock parameters.
