Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Sr. Executive/Executive – Supply Chain Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling procurement and supply chain activities efficiently.
Routine/Regular Responsibilities:
Collect quotations from vendors/suppliers as per requisition.
Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) for management approval.
Arrange and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
Check bills/invoices and process them for payment in coordination with the Accounts Department.
Visit local markets and suppliers for price verification and negotiation.
Develop and maintain alternative suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and uninterrupted supply.
Non-Routine/Periodical Responsibilities:
Prepare periodic procurement and supply chain reports.
Perform any other tasks assigned by Management as required.
