1. Distribution Strategy & Network Development

•       Design and implement distribution strategies aligned with business growth objectives

•       Appoint, develop, and manage distributors to ensure optimal geographic coverage

•       Identify expansion opportunities in under-penetrated markets

•       Ensure compliance with company policies and trade terms

 2. Sales & Market Execution

•       Drive numeric and weighted distribution targets

•       Ensure product availability, freshness, and right SKU assortment

•       Monitor secondary sales performance and outlet productivity

•       Support effective execution of trade promotions and new launches

 3. Distributor Performance Management

•       Set clear KPIs for distributors (coverage, sales growth, stock norms, receivables)

•       Review distributor ROI and profitability

•       Conduct regular business reviews and corrective action planning

•       Build distributor sales team capability and productivity

 4. Inventory & Financial Control

•       Maintain optimal inventory norms at distributor level

•       Monitor stock rotation and minimize expiry/slow-moving risks

•       Control credit exposure and outstanding receivables

•       Improve supply-demand alignment to avoid stock-outs and overstocking

 5. Route-to-Market & Operational Excellence

•       Optimize beat planning and service frequency

•       Improve delivery efficiency and cost per case

•       Implement distribution best practices and process improvements

6. Data & Reporting

•       Analyze sales data, coverage gaps, and performance trends

•       Provide actionable insights to senior management

•       Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports
