Experience:
1. Capability Strategy & Framework
Develop a structured capability framework covering scientific knowledge, detailing skills, in-chamber excellence, account planning, and compliant promotion standards.
Assess current and future capability gaps across the sales organization and align the capability strategy with therapeutic area goals.
2. Training Design & Delivery
Design and deliver skill-building programs on scientific detailing, objection handling, disease awareness, product mastery, communication, influence, and negotiation.
Create role-based training with clear competency levels.
Conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring strong scientific grounding and field-readiness.
3. Collaboration with Medical & Marketing Teams
Work closely with Medical Affairs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scientific rigor in all contents.
Partner with Marketing to convert brand strategies into capability programs that strengthen execution.
Support product launches with training content, scientific modules, and field readiness workshops.
4. Field Coaching & Performance Improvement
Extensive field visit across Bangladesh to conduct joint visits to observe, diagnose and coach sales team on call quality, scientific conversations, and in-chamber behaviors.
Build coaching capability of line managers through structured coaching frameworks and feedback models.
Create individual development plans (IDPs) based on capability assessments.
5. Content & Learning Tools Development
Develop high-quality training materials, playbooks, scientific modules, e-learning content, simulations, and role-play scenarios.
Ensure training materials comply with regulatory, ethical, and promotional codes.
Collaborate with Marketing to implement digital learning tools (LMS, microlearning, assessments, capability dashboards).
6. Capability Assessment & Metrics
Design assessments for scientific knowledge, communication, role-play performance, and territory execution.
Track and report capability KPIs such as call quality scores, assessment pass rates, training coverage, and capability improvement trends.
Evaluate training impact using ROI models and recommend continuous improvement steps.
7. Compliance & Governance
Ensure all capability programs follow internal compliance policies and local regulatory requirements.
Promote ethical, responsible, and patient-centric promotion behaviors.
