• Handle on-the-spot issues, including valuation disputes, duty adjustments, or other challenges.

• Obtaining gate passes and arranging transportation for goods delivery to importers..

• Collaborate with port authorities, transporters, and other stakeholders. to expedite processes.

• Maintaining records of customs clearance and import activities for compliance and audits.

• Assisting importers in resolving post-clearance issues such as refunds or disputes.
