KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (store management/sales/retail) is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, email, etc.).

• Ability to operate POS machine.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and honesty in cash handling.

• Basic understanding of inventory management.

• Ability to maintain sales and stock reports in Excel.

As part of our initiative to enhance student and parent convenience, we are launching on-campus stores offering school uniforms, sportswear, bags, mugs, and other educational souvenirs.

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage store operations, maintain stock records, handle sales transactions, and ensure smooth daily operations of the store. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, cash handling, and direct customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities as Store Executive:

• Maintain stock/stock book after receiving goods.

• Record daily sales and update inventory accordingly.

• Inform the central store in advance for product refills before stock runs out.

• Maintain and manage daily cash flow and sales records properly.

• Sell products directly to end customers visiting the store.

• Operate computer systems and POS machines efficiently.

• Ensure proper display and organization of products in the store.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order of the store.
