Core Responsibilities:

• Source different vendors and expedite selection process

• Monitor vendor performance to ensure reliable supply, competitive pricing, and quality standards

• Coordinate procurement planning, process Purchase Requisition and track order fulfillment, deliveries, goods receipt and bill submission to Accounts & Finance dept.

• Support inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels

• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor reviews
