Skills Required: Commercial and Banking,EPB,Export Documentation,Lc and Bank related functions,Oracle ERP

Additional Requirements:
  • The person must have work experience on buyer documentation, as well as order & Payment follow up through online base portal.

  • The person must have work experience how to place booking for multiple destination as per nominated forwarder requirements.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To deal with all commercial export related activities. i.e. Export documentation from Packing list to Payment retirement.

  • Prepare all Export documents base on L/C and Sales Contract.

  • Prepare of EP and submission to BEPZA portal and keep status & record.

  • Managing and reviewing sales contract and L/C to ensure all stipulations are met and reflect the interests of the company.

  • Understand about Sales contract terms and condition and prepared shipping docs to bank Issue of EXP from Bangladesh Bank- OEMS and other shipping documents for submitting the C&F.

  • Coordinate with Store/Finishing / Merchandising department for shipment schedule, PO sheet collection for smooth export execution.

  • All types of Export-related work and keep liaison with C&F, Customs stations, Shipping/Freight forwarding agents, Banks for Collection of Payment and Coordinate with freight forwarder for timely place booking & cargo hand over.

  • Communicate with C&F agent for shipment & shipping line for Bill of lading and HAWB.

  • Making accurately exports documents through ORACLE entry.

  • Prepare documents for GSP & online submit to EPB; Prepare certificate of origin for submitting the Chamber of Commerce/BGMEA.

  • Preparation/submission of shipping documents on buyer portal after Shipment payment, keep record on overdue and payment status, air prepaid/debit note/credit note, statement etc.

  • Collect courier details from Bank & forward to buying house or direct overseas via mail if required.
