· Modern trade & key account management
· Distributor management
· Lead onboarding programs for new sales hires.
· Blend classroom, virtual, micro-learning, and field-based coaching methods.
3. Field Coaching & Performance Uplift
· Extensive field visit across Bangladesh to conduct joint visits to observe execution standards and coach frontline teams.
· Strengthen coaching capability of Area & Zonal/Regional Managers.
· Build structured Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
· Drive behavioral change from “activity-based selling” to “impact-based execution.”
4. Commercial Execution Excellence
· Standardize execution tools: call cycle planning, beat optimization, merchandising standards, visibility scorecards.
· Ensure adoption of data-driven selling.
