The person will be required to manage the overall production, merchandising, development, marketing and other relevant aspects of a buying house in Bangladesh. Below are the main responsibilities -

Sample Approval & Technical Evaluation: Evaluating development, fitting, size set, and pre-production (PP) samples to ensure they meet, buyer specifications and construction standards.

Production Monitoring (Inline/Final Inspection): Conducting regular in-line, end-line, and final audits (based on AQL) to check, workmanship, measurements, and finishing quality.

Corrective Actions & Reporting: Identifying, documenting, and communicating quality issues to factory management and buying house merchants to implement immediate, corrective actions.

Factory Compliance & Support: Ensuring factories follow, quality SOPs and safety regulations.

Supplier Quality Management: Training factory staff (GPQ) and, evaluating vendor performance to maintain high standards.
