Responsibilities & Context:
Handle import & export documentation (PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, L/C documents).
Manage accessories and raw materials commercial activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, banks, freight forwarders & C&F agents.
Follow up on shipment schedules and ensure timely customs clearance.
Monitor UP, EXP, IP, and other bond-related documentation.
Prepare and maintain commercial files and reports.
Ensure compliance with government and buyer requirements.
Support merchandising and production teams regarding accessories arrival.
