• Develop action plan and strategies to hit and exceed targets.
• Understand market trends, competition and customer behavior.
• Can build and maintain high-performing team with strong morale.
• Problem solving and negotiation skill.
• Analytical approach with focusing on attaining all set KPI of sales goal.

• Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and marketing of product along with following up existing customer.
• To make effective negotiation on pricing with the buyer/ customer to take the order.
• Conduct market survey and collecting information of competitors to analyze customer buying patterns and predict future trends.
• Co-ordinate with the Product development, Customer Service, Production, commercial, logistic and other department to ensure smooth service.
• Need to prepare various report to submit to higher management.
• Ready for frequently visit of assigned customers.
